Services

MORNING ROOM

The morning room is a service offered to families so that they can leave their children in order to facilitate work and family reconciliation.

Timetable: 7:30-9:00h.

During this period of time we carry out activities that allow children to prepare for the start of the school day, adapting to the needs of each child at this time, attending to their diet (breakfast) as well as their rest (in the case of the youngest children who need more hours of sleep).

DIGITAL DIARY

Each pupil will have a virtual diary where all parents and tutors will have access, with daily information, reflecting how the child has spent the day, feeding, sleeping, bowel movements and activities.

MEETINGS AND TUTORIALS

At the beginning of the course, two meetings per classroom are scheduled to discuss the activities that will be carried out during the course, as well as other topics of interest. Individual tutorials with the respective tutors and the Headmistress are available to parents.

PARENTS SCHOOL

We offer this service of informative talks to parents on topics of great interest such as sphincter control, tantrums, feeding, infant massage …. During these meetings we offer a free service to parents so that they can leave their children with an educator.

SUMMER CAMPS

The Infant School organizes a CAMP in August, with numerous activities, where the children can splash around in the water, take part in workshops in Plastic Arts, the Vegetable Garden, Puppets, Storytelling and a picnic in the middle of the morning. You will also have the option of choosing a dining room and breakfast.

LUDOTECA

Complementary service for children enrolled in the centre.

Timetable: 17:00h-20:00h.

It is offered to families so that they can leave their children in order to facilitate the reconciliation of family and work.
This service is subject to a minimum demand of ten pupils.

ACTIVITIES

We facilitate the first musical experiences and discoveries, awakening interest and curiosity in the world of sounds. The classes are dynamic and interactive, where singing, movement, exploration and experimentation, musical instruments, sung stories, games and a thousand other activities take precedence, providing the children with the development of their musical intelligence, vocal skills, pulse, expressive movement, musical memory, musical taste and all kinds of neuronal connections.

English is an essential language in today’s world, so from a very early age it is important to teach them a little foundation. We will work on it every day, for a short period of time in each classroom and we will introduce new words during the routine of greetings, assembly, with songs…

Practical environmental classroom where the children learn and experience the workings of nature and, at the same time, are taught the values of respect for the ecological environment and the work of rural life. Meanwhile our children take responsibility for the care of a living being and feel part of a productive process in which they will see their efforts rewarded by obtaining the products. Its function and objective is for our little urbanites not only to have practical classes on how plants are cultivated and developed, but also to see the origin of the products they buy in the supermarket, as well as to learn to respect nature.

This is an activity that we offer to our children and their parents. A “less painful way to remove the dummy”. We have a tree dedicated to hanging the dummies of the “super champions” of our school who are getting older and no longer need them. The parents let us know and send us the dummy in the backpack with a note in the diary or tell us personally, so that at some point in the day we visit our tree with all the children in the classroom and hang the dummy of our “hero” who we will take photos of and praise for his/her great feat…

In the month of July, we put some swimming pools in the gardens for our children to splash around in. We divide them into different recreational activities for babies, toddlers and older children; we also complement this month with workshops on cooking, puppets, storytelling and plastic arts, so that once the programme is finished the children can distinguish the difference between the school year and the summer activities.
