Schooling Process - El Jardín de Añoreta

El Jardín de Añoreta offers the tutors of children who wish to apply for a place in our school, a section to attach and send the documentation online.

1. EDUCATIONAL OFFER

EL JARDÍN DE AÑORETA Nursery School offers 74 places for pupils from 0 to 3 years of age, distributed as follows:

8 places for pupils in the 0 year old class who have reached the age of 16 weeks.
26 places for 1 year olds.
40 places for 2 year olds.

2. DOCUMENTATION

Those families interested in applying for a place in our EL JARDÍN DE AÑORETA Nursery School must present the following documentation for accreditation:

DNI: Father/mother PHOTOCOPIES
Family Book ORIGINAL AND PHOTOCOPIES
Certificate of collective census registration issued between 02/02/23 and 03/05/23.
Authorization in the application for admission to the competent Department of Education to verify, via telematic means, their residence in Andalusia, work activity, tax information required for the accreditation of the annual income of the family unit, official large family certificate, etc…

In those cases where the information is not authorized or cannot be obtained, supporting documentation will be provided as appropriate in each case (Consult with the School):

Accreditation of socio-family circumstances of serious risk for the child.
Accreditation of victims of gender violence.
Proof of being a victim of terrorism
Accreditation of large family or single-parent status
Accreditation of the annual income of the family unit

4. CALENDAR

At El JARDÍN DE AÑORETA Nursery School, we attend to families in a personalized way, helping them with schooling and applying for aid when registering their children.

From 15th to 28th March: Reservation of places.
From 1st April to 2nd May: Ordinary admission process.
From 8th to 9th May: Provisional list of applications.
From 9th to 23rd May: Period for the hearing or allegations.
From 24th to 30th May: Final list of admitted applications.
From 1st to 12th June: Deadline for the enrolment of admitted applications.
From 13th to 19th June: Deadline for registration of applications on the waiting list.

In the admission process it is important to take into account the established deadlines, as they are set by the Consejería de Educación de la Junta de Andalucía, so we ask you to be precise with the preparation and delivery of the requested documentation.

5. FEES

Socio-educational care service: 240,53€ per month.
Dining room service: 80,18€ per month
Morning class service: free of charge
Playroom: 63,64€.

The Consejería de Educación de la Junta de Andalucía (Andalusian Regional Ministry of Education) establishes discounts depending on the last income presented, siblings in the centre, etc…

6. LIST OF ADMISSIONS

Once the definitive list of ADMITTED applications has been published on the notice board of EL JARDÍN DE AÑORETA nursery school, the process of contacting the families will begin in order to arrange a date and time to formalize the enrolment and to inform them of the documentation they must present.

4 photos (passport)
Vaccination booklet (photocopy)
Medical certificate (CHILDREN WITH SPECIFIC NEEDS)

THIS DOCUMENTATION MUST BE SUBMITTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE HERE.

From 1st to 12th June: enrolment period for accepted applications.
From 13th to 19th June: deadline for enrolment on the centre’s own waiting list.
From 18th to 30th June: meetings of each unit: tutors / parents.
